Friendly Fine Print
1. Cancellations
• If you cancel less than forty-eight (48) hours before your ride, we call that a last-minute cancellation. Around here, that may come with a fee — possibly up to the full cost of your ride. We don’t like charging folks for not showing up, but our drivers do like putting food on the table. we understand that life happens - exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
2. On-Demand (Call-In) Rides
• Once we’ve sent a driver your way, that ride is yours — rain, shine, or sudden second thoughts. At that point, it’s non-refundable. No take-backs, no do-overs, no “oops, never mind.”
3. Rescheduling and Changes
• Need to shuffle things around? We’ll do our best to make it work if the schedule allows. Flights delayed or cancelled? We’ll bend over backwards (but maybe not do the splits) to help you out.
4. After-Hours Service
• Catching a ride between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.? That’s what we call after hours, and it comes with a 25% surcharge. Think of it as buying your driver an extra cup of coffee… or two.
5. Wait Time
• Running late? If we’re kept waiting (planes and trains don’t count), we may have to charge $1.00 per minute ($60 an hour). We don’t mind waiting, but our clocks tick just like yours.
• Hourly based private car transportation is still based at the hourly rate quoted which is typically $100 per hour ($125 late night)
6. Changing the Rules
• We reserve the right to update these terms anytime. Don’t worry — we’ll keep it fair, friendly, and sprinkled with good old fashioned hospitality.
