LEGAL Format Terms & Conditions

Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled ride time will be considered last-minute cancellations and may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total ride cost. While we aim to be understanding, cancellation fees are enforced to compensate drivers for their reserved time and potential loss of other bookings. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, at our sole discretion.
On-Demand (Call-In) Rides
Once a driver has been dispatched in response to an on-demand or call-in request, the ride is deemed confirmed and is non-refundable. Cancellation or refusal of service after dispatch will not result in a refund under any circumstances.
Rescheduling and Changes
Requests to reschedule or modify a confirmed booking will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability and scheduling constraints. In cases of travel delays (e.g., flight cancellations or changes), we will make reasonable efforts to adjust your ride accordingly; however, changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.
After-Hours Service
Rides scheduled between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. are subject to an after-hours surcharge of 25% of the standard rate. This surcharge reflects the additional cost of providing services during non-standard hours.
Wait Time Charges
Wait time beyond the scheduled pickup time will be billed at $1.00 per minute, excluding delays due to verified airline or train schedule changes. For hourly-based private car services, the standard hourly rate applies (typically $100 per hour, or $125 per hour for late-night service). Wait time charges are applied in addition to the base rate when applicable.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
